Appointments To secure your appointment a non-refundable deposit must be made when booking. This will come off your total price. If you are booking a facial please have all makeup removed prior to arrival. If you have makeup on there will be an up charge to remove. Please no extra guest. Cancellations Rescheduling and cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Your deposit will be kept if cancellation and rescheduling is less than 24 hours and will not go towards your next appointment. If you cancel 3 times in a row you will no longer be able to book. Late arrival/ No show If you are late 10 minutes to your appointment it will be cancelled. You will need to rebook and your deposit will be kept. No shows will be charged 100% of the service. No show for a second time will no longer be able to book.
